Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight and size of the package. We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Rates

Free 1–4 Business Day Shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the continental US.

$5.50 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $50 within the continental US.

Order Processing Time

• Standard processing time is 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
• Orders containing more than 200 items may require additional time, typically 5–10 business days to process before shipping.
• Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days, depending on your location and USPS delivery schedules.
• Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday demand may extend delivery times.

Tracking Information

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate in the USPS system.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Once an order is submitted, we begin processing immediately. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes to your order or shipping address after it has been placed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Evrwell is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered by USPS due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
• If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local USPS office before reaching out to our support team.
